What is a charter?
Charters are not considered scheduled flights as they have different particularities.
They are hired by a specific tour operator or company for various purposes.
There are ad-hoc charter flights, used for specific events and there are seasonal or all-year charter flights, well known for transporting tourists to their holiday destinations.
