ACCESS
By car
'Leonardo da Vinci' Airport is only 32 km away from the center of Rome and it is easily reacheable by car on the Rome-Fiumicino motorway.
By train
There is a 'Leonardo Express' direct train every 30 minutes connecting Fiumicino Airport with Termini Station. The journey takes 35 minutes and the ticket costs 9.5 Euro.
By bus
Terravision direct shuttle transfers the passengers from Fiumicino Airport – domestic and international Arrivals – to Termini Station every 2 hours. The prices are: 9 Euro one-way adult ticket, 4.50 Euro for children aged 5-12 years; 15 Euro return adult ticket and 7.5 Euro for children. Tickets can be bought directly on board, at Terravision boxes located in the Airport Arrivals Terminal or on-line at http://www.terravision.it
Schiaffini Travel Shuttle from Fiumicino Airport – domestic and international Arrivals – to Termini Station departs daily at 16:25 and 17:00. The price is 8 Euro/person.
Night service Cotral from Fiumicino Airport to Roma Termini Station and Roma Tiburtina is available every night between 1:15-5:00 a.m. at the price of 5 Euro/person.
TAXI
Taxis are available in the Arrivals areas of each Terminal. We recommend using only authorised taxis (white vehicles with a taximeter). Approximate price to the city is 60 Euro.
PARKING
Multi-storey car park A, B, C, D, E are opposite the Terminals, connected through walkways. New Multi-storey car park E costs from 9 Euro to 10.72 Euro per day.
Long-stay car park
It is located along the Rome-Fiumicino motorway. The car park is connected with the Terminals by a free shuttle, operating every 20 minutes, 20 hours a day. The shuttle links the long-stay car park to Arrivals and Departures Terminals 1, 2 and 3. Between 1:00-5:00 a.m., this service is available on request only. Long-stay parking costs from 5.50 to 7.50 Euro per day if weekend is included.
Short-stay car park
It is located near the Arrivals area of Terminals 1, 2 and Multi-storey car park. Short-term parking costs 1.50 Euro from 11 to 30 minutes and from 31 minutes to 3 hours, 1.50 Euro.
CAR RENTAL
Several international rent-a-car companies offer their services upon request in the airport.
